Arrive Entebbe
Met at the airport and driven to a lakeside hotel for the night.
Fly to Bwindi
A morning flight south-west and an afternoon settling in at a forest-edge lodge.
Gorilla trek
Ranger briefing at 7:30am and one hour with a habituated family in the forest.
Second trek or Batwa day
An optional second permit, or a morning with the Batwa community and a forest walk.
Fly to Nairobi
Flights via Entebbe to Nairobi, with an evening at a city hotel.
Into the Mara
A short flight to the reserve and an afternoon game drive on arrival.
Mara full day
Dawn to dusk in the reserve, with a picnic breakfast in the bush.
Cross to the Serengeti
Fly into Kogatende and drive to a mobile camp near the crossing points.
The crossings
A full day at the river, moving between the main crossing points as the herds gather.
Northern Serengeti
Lamai wedge and the Bologonja springs, with a sundowner on a kopje.
Central Serengeti
Transfer south with game drives, arriving in Seronera in the afternoon.
Departure
A last morning drive, then flights to Arusha or Kilimanjaro for your journey home.
