Day by day
Day 1
Nairobi to Amboseli
Depart 7:30am via Namanga, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon drive around Enkongo Narok swamp, where the big herds feed at close range.
Day 2
Elephants & the mountain
Dawn drive for the mountain, which is usually clear before 8am. Observation Hill at midday, and a Maasai homestead visit near Kimana gate in the afternoon.
Day 3
Amboseli to Nairobi
A final drive through the park, then the road home with a stop at Kajiado. Back in Nairobi by early afternoon.
